Al Anderson

Executive Director
Al is a native of Chicago and currently is a resident of Tinley Park. He has two grown children, Brittany, and Joe. Al enjoys traveling, golfing, and spending time with his children and grandchildren.
Most of his career has been working in corporate retail as the Director of Store Growth and Planning in the high-end jewelry industry. For the past 4 years, Al has been the executive director of Guildhaus.
Al is part of the Guildhaus Alumni Association and a board member for Hope Outreach and S.O.A.R.
Angela Bartak

Administrative Assistant
Angela has a degree in Communications with a concentration in Public Relations & Advertising. She also has a background in marketing, social media, and an understanding of psychology.
Angela has two dogs, Tyson & Delilah and is set to get married this October.
Angela has a passion for saving the world. Whether it is helping others get onto their feet or helping wildlife animals. She plans to one day start her own nonprofit organization.

Jim Cramsie

Operations Manager
Jim was born and raised in Oak Lawn. He is a graduate of both Brother Rice Hich school and S.I.U Edwardsville. He has three grown sons. Jim completed the Guildhaus 90-day program in December of 2020. He went on to join the residential staff afterwards. He then became the assistant house manager which led to house manager.
Jim has an extensive background in corporate sales. His experience as house manager has given him a solid understanding of the day-to-day operations of the Guildhaus. As of July, Jim has been promoted to operations manager.
Clinical
Pete Valentino

Clinical Director
Peter grew up in Riverside, and now has his own home in Lyons. Pete is married and has 12 grandchildren. He has worked in the field of addiction for 29 years. And with Guildhaus ten years.
Peter volunteers his time speaking to Drug Court Graduates and organizes a yearly ‘Big Book Run’ bringing Books and hope to men and women in treatment facilities.
Pete enjoys motorcycle riding, exploring mountains in the US and has traveled as far as Novi Scotia.

Jennifer Tepper

CADC Counselor
Jennifer is a certified alcohol/ drug counselor. She received her Bachelor of Liberal Arts in criminal justice and sociology from Saint Xavier University in 2012. After recognizing her passion to be a “natural helper,” Jen returned to Moraine Valley Community College in 2017 for an associate in addictions.
Jennifer began as an intern at Guildhaus in March of 2020 and directly after completing her certification process, became an employee of Guildhaus. As her love for counseling and helping others continues to grow, Jen is currently working toward her Master of Science in clinical mental health counseling.
Jennifer believes in the importance of connection and offering helping hands to others.
Frank Lotta

CADC Counselor
Frank’s been a substance abuse counselor for the past 2 years with experience in residential and MAT treatment. He received his B.S in psychology of addiction from Purdue University and is working towards his M.S in clinical mental health counseling. He’s a native of the Chicagoland area and has been a member of the Guildhaus community since 2018.
Richard Butts

Recovery Coach
Rich started off in Guildhaus in 2020 as a resident, where he completed the 90-day sober living program. He then moved his way up to residential staff and then decided to move to G 2.5 (sober living house) for 6 months. Rich did such a great job while on staff that he was asked to come back to the main house to be an assistant house manager. Rich is helpful with all events year round, but mainly coordinates our annual Pig Roast.
As of November 2022, Rich became a certified recovery coach and is now working towards his NCRS certificate.
