Al is a native of Chicago and currently is a resident of Tinley Park. He has two grown children, Brittany, and Joe. Al enjoys traveling, golfing, and spending time with his children and grandchildren.
Most of his career has been working in corporate retail as the Director of Store Growth and Planning in the high-end jewelry industry. For the past 5 years, Al has been the Executive Director of Guildhaus.
Al is part of the Guildhaus Alumni Association and a board member for Hope Outreach and S.O.A.R.
Angela Webster

Angela has a degree in Communications with a concentration in Public Relations & Advertising. She also has a background in marketing, social media, and an understanding of psychology.
Angela has two dogs, Tyson & Delilah and has recently wedded in October of 2023.
Angela has a passion for saving the world. Whether it is helping others get onto their feet or helping wildlife animals. She plans to one day start her own nonprofit organization.

Marelyn was born in New Jersey but grew up in Northwest Chicago. She then moved to the Southside where she currently resides. Marelyn has 6 kids and 5 grandkids so on her off days, she is very involved with her family. Marelyn also enjoys hiking and Zomba workout classes, she prefers to stay busy. When the time comes to retire, her and her husbands dream, is to gut an RV and travel the US. Until then, she will be the backbone of Guildhaus handling all of our finances.

Jim was born and raised in Oak Lawn. He is a graduate of both Brother Rice High School and S.I.U Edwardsville. He has three grown sons. Jim completed the Guildhaus 90-day program in December of 2020. He went on to join the residential staff afterwards. He then became the Assistant House Manager and then House Manager.
Jim has an extensive background in Corporate Sales. His experience as House Manager has given him a solid understanding of the day-to-day operations of Guildhaus. As of July, Jim has been promoted to Operations Manager.

Peter grew up in Riverside, and now has his own home in Lyons. Pete is married and has 12 grandchildren. He has worked in the field of addiction for 30 years. And with Guildhaus ten years.
Peter volunteers his time speaking to Drug Court Graduates and organizes a yearly ‘Big Book Run’ bringing Books and hope to men and women in treatment facilities.
Pete enjoys motorcycle riding, exploring mountains in the US and has traveled as far as Novi Scotia.

Nicole is a student currently attending Moraine Valley Community College for a degree in Addiction Studies. Her passion is to work with individuals to help assist and guide them towards a meaningful lifestyle of recovery.

Kati Red

Kati is a certified alcohol/drug counselor with a passion for serving others. She has experience in inpatient and MAT treatment settings and both men and women populations. She is passionate about supporting and providing resources for individuals seeking recovery from substance abuse.
Kati was born and raised here in Blue Island, Illinois. She completed her degree in Addiction Studies at Moraine Valley and is currently studying Community Health at Governor's State University. Kati began as an intern at Guildhaus in March 2022 and continued on as a volunteer after completing her internship. She was hired on as a counselor in August 2023.
James Davis III

James Davis III was born in Montgomery, AL and moved to Illinois when he was 16. He graduated from Oak Forest High School and then joined the Army Reserves. Meeting different people from different walks of life influenced him to want to go into Psychology, thus he studied and graduated with an associate in psychology at Moraine Valley Community College. He continues his education at Depaul University. During this duration he achieved his CADC and has been a Counselor for 3 years, while still attending drill once a month. His passion is to help as many as he can overcome their hurdles in life.
